If you have an issue with one of the contractors used by the HOA, please reach out to Continental Property Management. DO NOT contact the contractor directly.
All letters to the Board of Directors must be from the homeowner and must include an address. All correspondence will be addressed and will receive a response from the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors typically meets once a month.
